This position requires organizational skills and plenty of patience. Must have excellent customer service skills and be able to work with the public. Must be able to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Electronics experience helpful, but not required. Training provided. Competitive salary, bonus, great benefits, including 401K.

Being a team player is a must. Applicants must be willing to accept change and switch gears at a moments notice. Duties include retail sales, clerical, data entry, cold calling and monthly inventory. Sales experience helpful, but not required. Monthly quota required but with commitment and focus, earning potential is unlimited.

Successful Sales Reps need highly effective communication skills, as well as persuasion and negotiation skills. They should enjoy meeting and talking with people, and have the superior interpersonal skills necessary to build rapport with prospective and existing customers. Organizational skills and effective time management are required to succeed in a semi-autonomous, fast-paced environment. Thorough training is provided. Monthly quotas are required, but include a flexible schedule.
